Effects of Project-Based Learning on Employability Skills

This study is a systematic review of the literature investigating effects project-based learning on employability skills higher education students. Project-based focuses experience to solve problems in real-life context. It can help students relate experiences real situations and conditions. Employability are that every worker must have adapt workplace, increase competitiveness, be successful increasing productivity profits. 6 papers from 2018 2022 were relevant topic this paper selected for process. The findings indicate affects so they meet needs workspace with communication skills, collaboration critical thinking problem-solving applying knowledge practice, self-awareness reflectivity, self-confidence which dominance has an impact work skills.
